ABOUT US
A Reliable and honest Mold Inspection and Testing Company
The air quality in your home is very important because you are exposed to it every day. If the air is contaminated, it increases health risk for all occupants and significantly for those with allergies or other illnesses. Mold is a fungus that can grow in homes and buildings without you knowing for many years before signs and/or symptoms can be identified. If you have any doubts or concerns, contact us today to see how we can help you identify and remediate any potential microbial concerns.
Many people are unaware of why they may need mold testing. Mold is not just present in older properties; it also commonly occurs in new construction and is likely to be present where there are signs of moisture intrusion. Besides the fact that mold is dangerous to your health in both long and short-term occurrences, it can also decrease the value of your property. With our help, you will be able to determine if you have an air quality issue in your residential or commercial property. We assist clients based in the state of Florida, with our home base in Hollywood, servicing the tri-county region including but not limited to Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade County.

How Can We Help
Did you know mold is something we are exposed to each and every day? In fact, we have even consumed certain fungi and molds. Specific types of mold are used in medicine!
Mold has beneficial properties, however exposure to high levels can have adverse side effect. What may seem as a simple “odor” or “stain” can potentially impact your health, the integrity of the building structure, and property value!
Using the latest technology and detailed inspection process, we are able to provide you with a comprehensive analysis report that outlines current air quality levels and recommendations to optimize for cleaner healthier living.
Trust a Mold Inspection Professional
It is preferable that the IEP (indoor environmental professional) is independent and provide an unbiased and uninfluenced analysis report. In this business, confidentiality is key. A company owes a duty to its client. An IEP is retained by someone other than the remediation contractor, there may be a limit to the information that the IEP can provide to the remediation contractor. Ideally, an IEP will be authorized by the client to share all information with all parties. The EPA’s Mold Remediation in Schools and Commercial Buildings, for example, encourages communication with occupants to help alleviate concerns and suspicions. However, in cases involving litigation, it may be difficult to share or obtain information. Mold does not discriminate. It can be in older homes and structures, and even new construction. Imagine the drywall that’s being installed, was it covered during the transportation process on the day it happened to “sprinkle” a little outside? Remember mold only needs moisture and nutrients, or porous materials to grow. We have methods of testing inside wall cavities, attics, and even HVAC unit systems to determine extent of growth and identity of mold spores present. Just because it’s not “black mold,” that doesn’t mean it’s not dangerous!
